This class is for parents and/or guardians who would like to introduce their children to safety surrounding Fire & Smoke, Situational Awareness, Basic First Aid fundamentals, and Firearms and the safety surrounding them. This class will Introduce the four Universal Safety Rules, Situational Awareness, Understanding Magazines, Muzzle Control, Proper Grip, Stance, Sight Alignment, Trigger Control, What to do and what not to do, Firearm Safety and Safety Protocols. A representative from the Springfield Police Department will be present.
